I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are all so kind and amazing with everyone who attends the pottery painting classes and are always willing to help you and give advice. They’re extremely welcoming and make it such a nice relaxing experience! I often attend on my own as I enjoy the hobby and they make me feel comfortable and ensure I have a great experience. I’ve been to The Little Arts Workshop for the Late Night Friday Pottery Painting sessions three times in the last year. It’s a lovely space and activity. This is SUCH a special place. Jess, the owner, is a warm, kind and accepting soul and this shines through this lovely little workshop at every turn. The tone she sets is one of inclusion and celebrating difference and seeing the value in every child or adult that comes to her space. The other staff all follow suit and it is an utter joy to visit. We think ourselves very lucky to have the little art's workshop on our doorstep, but it's worth a journey if you don't live in Bishop's Stortford because we've never found anywhere else quite like it. I visited today with my partner and children and we all had such a lovely time. Prior to coming, I emailed as I had a voucher to redeem and the person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, this set the tone for sure! The staff were great, attentive, made us feel very welcome and took the time to talk us through everything which was very appreciated as it was our first time. We all had hot chocolates, coffee and snacks which were also great. We'll definitely be returning!
